Location , car park space, lovely and clean, there is some wear and tear but this i am guessing is due to previous people not taking care of things.. bedding and towels were immaculate..

Location was great and it was very good value for money and it was very spacious. Comfortable beds and good showers! The apartment is a mix of very new and very old furniture with a very wobbly table and the couch bed has seen better days! The balcony is a good size but again, needs some tlc and maintenance!

Apartment was brilliant, had everything you need and location was also brilliant, Only bad thing I can say is every other night I got woke up by loud shoutingsinging bit that was partly my fault as I slept with the window open and not used the aircon, this is obviously not the apartments fault bit my own, overall brilliant apartment though 👍👍

Apartment was huge, beds were really comfortable. Location was good, close to the strip. Staff at benidorm booking were lovely. Deposit returned no problem. One of my favourite apartments ive stayed in benidorm. There was only one set of keys which would have been a pain if someone wanted to go home early. D keys for d main door downstairs can me tricky but d nack is to push it downwards and then turn, took me awhile to figure tht out. Smell in d unsuite toilet is terrible so we just kept that door closed and used the other one so not an issue.

Location was excellent and overall the property was clean and had what we needed to look after ourselves. Could definetly do with a freshen up though as walls quite grubby in places. Sheets were clean and there were plenty of towels provided. Living area was bright and spacious. Plenty of hanging space for clothes. Nice big well furnished balcony. Heating/aircon worked well. Two showers also a bonus. There for 10 days so washing machine was handy. Key to the front door was very tempremental. Thought we were locked out on a few occassions. Spoke to another person there who had the same trouble. Definetly a drain problem there too. The ensuite shower room smelt horrendous on times. Not one british chanel to watch on tv but lots of radio stations.

Good location. Nice neighbours. Warm. Great showers. Great heaters. Great storage. White goods looked brand new. Great wifi. Better sound proofing. Far too noisy in main bedroom. Plugs for bathroom sinks. More household items (bin liners, washing up liquid etc) needed if, like my husband and I, you were staying for longer than a month.

Location was perfect. Beds were very comfortable, air conditioning was perfect to warm rooms in February, everything you need for self catering. Sewerage smell from en-suite bathroom. Was noisy early morning with the sound of traffic, sounded as though the windows weren't closed properly.

Good location. (Very end of the strip) Great amenities (2 shower rooms & 2 bedrooms) Great balcony Nice clean living area. All equipment available (Iron, Microwave, Fridge, washing machine, ironing board) Very noisy late at night if sleeping on the settee bed (Maybe improve window thickness) TIP:-Make sure you lock the door, if not its a nightmare trying to get back in.
