The view was amazing!!! The carry on to get the keys was a bit difficult. No key box as a lot of apartments have now as you have to physically go find a small office to get your keys then queue up.

Amazing view Fabulous new lush accommodation Plus welcome pack great Had all you need in apartment and more bedding was very lovley .... Just the fan in bedroom needed instructions as when put light on n turm fan on goes on ..then when turn light off go sleep 😴 it turns off and cannot get it bk on only on with light....plus next time would ov needed fob get bk on from beach access as had go long way around get in .that's all.

We stayed at this property for five weeks. When we arrived the property was exactly as the photos and extremely clean. We were left a welcome pack with water, wine coffee and basic cleaning for a few days. The views are amazing from the property and the sun terrace is lovely with plenty of sun beds. We found the caretaker to be extremely helpful and he kept the public areas immaculate. We contacted Benidorm Booking a couple of times while we were there and also found them to be really nice and helpful. Nothing really, only one small thing, the windows were single glazed and could rattle a little if windy.

Het is een heerlijk appartement, modern,alles is er. Oplevering is erg schoon en heerlijke bedden. Er was ook geïnvesteerd in tocht vrije ramen,nieuwe airco, betere luxe stoelen. De keuken is ook fantastisch, want als je er lang zit ga je niet alleen maar uit eten. Wij hebben weer genoten. Overal is wel wat, wat ons betreft is het prima omdat het altijd opgelost wordt. De beste manier is wel om langs te gaan bij het kantoor als je wat wil doorgeven, dan weet je zeker dat het gewoon goed komt. Via WhatsApp gaat dat niet altijd goed. Maar wij zijn dik tevreden

Las vistas son espectaculares y el piso está completamente reformado. El garaje y piscina también están genial. No me gustó nada que la playa frente al piso está llena de rocas y si vas con niños&#47as te limita a jugar en la arena. Es muy peligroso el baño. No obstante, andando hasta frente a un hotel llamado El Cimbel (aproximadamente 10 minutos) ya no hay rocas en la orilla.

Appartamento in posizione molto comoda sia per la spiaggia che per la zona della movida serale, il tutto raggiungibile comodamente a piedi. Non manca nulla, cucina attrezzata divano letto comodo e vista sul mare mozzafiato. Consigliatissimo

Location was perfect, nice new, clean apartment with good facilities and secure parking. The view was brilliant and it’s close proximity to the beach offers the relaxing sound of the gentle waves. We would stay again, given the opportunity. I didn’t particularly like paying a 200€ damages deposit and don’t recall reading about it when booking, but given the location (with a reputation of party goers) I guess it’s understandable. My only other criticism is that there was no rubbish bin in the bathroom and the internet wasn’t available for the first day because they gave us the incorrect information, but they did send someone around to fix it.

La ubicación fantástica ya que estas en primera linea de playa Levante y al tener plaza privada de parking, no tienes ningún problema. Como detalles fantásticos, tenían una botella de vino rosado como bienvenida, sobres de cola cao, azucar, café dulce gusto, bombones, etc. El apartamento impecable y con todos los detalles. No nos dieron la clave de wifi (supongo que se les olvido) y nosotros ya no la pedimos... La entrada es a las 16:30 por lo que pierdes la mañana.

Beautiful apartment Recently refurbished. Great shower. Everything you could need. Hairdryer, washing machine, kettle and toaster. A welcome pack was left for us with water wine tea coffee. Also a cloth sponge and tea towel for dishes. A satchet of washing up liquid and one for the washing machine. Definitely be back. Location is central for everything. Even key pick up was close by and straightforward. Loved it. Nothing!

La situación es muy buena. Se trata de un apartamento reformado recientemente El mobiliario del salón es el adecuado No existe ningún mobiliario para apoyar las maletas ni en dormitorio ni en el salón. Lo que resulta incómodo cuando te desvistes porque la ropa no puedes dejarla ni siquiera en un colgador. La pileta de la cocina no tiene utilidad práctica y sin embargo podía haberse puesto un lavavajillas pequeño de 6 cubiertos. Tampoco existe una ensaladera en la cocina que sería de muchísima utilidad.
