The health and safety of our guests are a priority. In light of the Covid-19 outbreak, we would like to share with you the enhanced cleaning and precautionary measures that we have instituted at our villa.

Through our feral cleaning process, common surfaces such as tables, light switches, entertainment screens, TV, and Aircon remotes are cleaned with disinfectant spray and wipes. The change of all pillow covers, bedsheets, and blankets after checkout is already our standard. The Air Condition systems are being disinfected on a weekly basis as well after guests check out. Free Hand Wash Spender and Instant Hand Sanitizer are placed in all bathrooms and kitchen.

If you are worried about staying in a large hotel with a lot of guests, a private villa is the best alternative. To be clear we are not jumping on these scare tactics and hysteria going around. We believe in a smart way of prevention and how an individual can protect themselves.

El Descanso is a large and modern villa, beautifully and tastefully furnished throughout, is situated in a very central location, close to the beach and coves of Benissa Cost, with wonderful sea views. Just a few minutes drive away from nice restaurants, supermarkets, and shops. About 5 km separate us from Moraira resort center, one of the major hot spots for anyone in search of peaceful and sun-filled holidays by the coast.

Sun lovers can enjoy the lovely private pool with a large terrace and roof terrace with panoramic sea views. The accommodation is on two levels, entrance to a large and lightly living area with TV-DVD-A/C with a dining area, open modern kitchen fully equipped, a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, both with A/C and a bathroom. Lightly decorated.

An internal staircase leads up to the top level with 1 twin bedroom with A/C and a shower room and access to the sunroof terrace with nice sea views. A nice garden surrounds the property, with Mediterranean flowers all year round, a shady parking place behind the villa.
