This beautiful apartment is placed in a secure, gated community with underground parking space.
Has a wonderful variety of plants and trees, 3 outside swimming pools plus a heated pool and jacuzzi inside with a training room and a traveller's library.
This makes it nice to use also during the Wintertime.
It is an ideal place for families with children or adults that want a perfect starting point for bicycling or golfing.
The living area is 87 m2 and consist of living room, 2 big bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, walk in closet and kitchen with all appliances. The apartment has air-condition in all rooms.
Additionally, the apartment has a big exterior private terrasse of 30 m2 and small garden.
Placed on the ground floor with easy access straight to out the pools.
Sleeping place for 5, one double bed and 2 extendable beds.
The Apartment is fully equiped with refrigirator, freezer, microwave oven, stove, dish washer, washing machine, coffee machine, water boiler and TV plus TV satelite.
