  • Beautiful, cosy, rustic house "Lisa", 2 storeys. In the district of Baladrar, in a quiet, sunny position, 500 m from the sea. Private: garden (fenced) with wildlife garden and flowers, swimming pool angular, with privacy, fenced (5 x 10 m, depth 120 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, parking on the premises. Shop, supermarket 500 m, restaurant, bar 100 m, bus stop 4.5 km, sandy beach "L'Ampolla" 3 km. Golf course (18 hole) 200 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

We knew the property was very old but we wanted to try the location and the pool looked really good. I will start with the good: WiFi is fast and efficient Air conditioning is good and it seemed to have been updated. Size of the swimming pool is very good. The kitchen has lots of utensils to cook although no dishwasher Good check in process, villa is run by a company called Interhome, Before your check in day they email you with instructions, soooo many instructions…..we had a key box and we quickly got in. The property itself is falling apart, big cracks on the walls, the shower rooms are v small and incredibly dated, same with furniture and beds (very small), everything has a smell of old houses… House was dirty, the toilets hadn’t been cleaned properly although they had this paper tag that you see at hotels that they had been ‘done’ there was crumbs on the main table. The list of instructions includes doing your own cleaning for the next guest….they want you to collect the laundry and leave on a pile, empty the fridge, water the plants, feed the birds and drop your rubbish in containers that are maybe 20 minutes walk or a short drive away….if you leave any rubbish behind, you will get a fine. Overall we had a good week as we decided to ignore most things, would not recommend as when cheaper than alternatives, not cheap enough, manager was efficient in sending someone when complained about the pool staining clothes, but not sure they resolved as they blamed our suncream!

Zoals al vele jaren een angename vakantie gehad in Casa Lisa. De woning is eenvoudig ingericht, en is wel vrij krap voor 6 volwassenen, maar het kan wel. Voor mensen die meer luxe, comfort en ruimte willen, heeft Interhome betere woningen in het aanbod. Wij zijn slechts met 2 en voor ons is de woning perfect.

Verblijf juli 2025

Wij hebben genoten van een leuke vakantie in dit huisje. Prachtig uitzicht en zwembad. Goed uitgeruste keuken en heel handig dat er overal airco aanwezig is. Dit huisje is geschikt voor 4 personen. Voor 6 is dit echt te krap. (Badkamers zijn heel klein). Handig dat een supermarkt dichtbij is op wandelafstand. Te voet lukt tot Moraira +/- 3km, maar voor andere uitstappen is altijd een auto nodig.

Wij hebben zoals al de voorgaande jaren een aangename vakantie gehad in Casa Lisa. Wij zijn echter slechts met 2, en wij eisen geen grote luxe en comfort. Voor meer personen is het huis wel vrij krap, maar het kan dus wel. En mensen die grote luxe en veel comfort willen tijdens hun verblijf, heeft Interhome meer aangepaste woningen in het aanbod.

Möbel zu alt. Betten kaputt. Insgesamt war’s Ok, aber die Betten könnte man mal erneuern. Und an der Treppe am Pool haben wir uns die Füße verletzt. Aber sonst ist es echt schön und wir fanden es echt super👍👍

Casa Lisa 2024

Wij komen al vele jaren naar deze woning voor onze zomervakantie. Het huis werd dit jaar van buiten van een nieuwe verflaag voorzien, en er is nu airco, wat het huis zeker aangenamer maakt. Wij komen echter slechts met 2 personen, en dan is er zeker genoeg ruimte. Er is in het huis slaapplaats voor 6 personen, en het kan ook, maar dan is het toch wel vrij krap. Ook eisen wij geen overbodige luxe en comfort. Voor mensen die dat wel willen heeft Interhome meer gepaste woningen in het aanbod.

Wij komen als sinds 2014 elke zomer naar Casa Lisa. De woning voldoet volledig aan onze wensen. Wij zijn echter slechts met 2. Voor meer personen is het wel vrij krap, maar het kan wel. Ook hoeven wij geen luxe en comfort te hebben tijdens ons verblijf. Voor mensen die wel luxe en comfort eisen heeft Interhome betere woningen in het aanbod. Een klein weerkerend minpunt: de woning heeft een volledige schilderbeurt nodig, en de overgordijnen in de woonkamer zijn dringend aan vervanging toe.

Voor 6 personen lijkt het voor ons toch wat te klein, maar het is wel mogelijk. En voor mensen die veel luxe, ruimte en comfort eisen is dit huis ook minder geschikt. Maar voor wie rust en eenvoud wil is dit huis dan weer ideaal. Anderzijds zou een algemene opfrisbeurt de woning wel ten goede komen.

14 Tage Urlaub zu zweit

Sehr schöner großer Pool. Nicht einsehbar. Inneneinrichtung in die Jahre gekommen. Auflagen für die Sonnenliegen nicht benutzbar, da sie im Außenbereich des Hauses gelagert werden. Für 6 Personen nur 3 Liegen. Ungepflegter Garten(zu sehr "naturbelassen". Eines der schlechtesten Häuser seit 28 Jahren an der Costa Blanca.

Super calme et propre

Je recommande cette villa pour les familles et les personnes qui cherche le calme. Avec le COVID-19, nous n'avons pas eu la chance de rencontrer le personnel de Interhome ou propriétaire. Piscine magnifique, sans vis-à-vis, ni voisinage, ni dérangement, avec une douchette à l’extérieur, lumineuse la nuit avec barbecue. Coté mobilier intérieur mis à part le manque de lave-vaisselle et le salon un peu vétuste ou démodé, le reste ça va. La cuisine est bien équipée. Salle de bain petite, si vous ê

Het was dit jaar de 6de keer dat wij deze vakantiewoning hebben gehuurd. Het is er aangenaam verblijven, en de service van XXX van Interhome verdiend een speciale vermelding. Zij staat altijd klaar voor elk probleem. Bedankt Romy.

Disfrutando de las vaciones

La casa es ideal para el descanso y muy completa en cuanto a mobiliario y elementos de cocina. La piscina y el jardin con sus cenadores, fantásticos. Un sitio ideal para disfrutar de las vacaciones, rodeado de pinares. Las vistas al mar y al valle, fantásticas. Solo un pero, las medidas del baño del dormitorio del piso superior, bastante justas. El trato con el personal de Interhome muy agradable y profesional.
