Villa Maria is perfectly located just 1 km from the famous Baladrar Cove on the Benissa coast. Tucked between the popular resorts of Calpe and Moraira, our villa offers a perfect balance of peaceful seclusion and easy access to local amenities. You'll find yourself within walking distance of several excellent restaurants, bars, cafés, and supermarkets, while the vibrant center and beaches of Moraira are just a 4 km drive away. This traditional Spanish villa is the ideal base for exploring the numerous secluded coves and beautiful beaches nearby.

Step outside to your own private swimming pool, nestled within a lush Mediterranean garden with spacious sun patios. A very nice outdoor shaded dining area with a barbecue is perfect for al fresco meals and relaxing evenings. The villa's main living space is located on the upper level, accessed by a short set of steps. The entrance leads to a charming balcony with panoramic views of the pool area and surrounding scenery. Inside, you'll find a large, comfortable lounge and dining area with satellite TV, a DVD player, and air conditioning. The fully-equipped kitchen is ready for all your cooking needs, and the beautiful conservatory provides an extra dining area and a large balcony with furniture, offering breathtaking views of Ifach Rock in Calpe.

The villa accommodates up to six guests across three bedrooms. There are two double bedrooms (one with air conditioning) and a twin bedroom, ensuring plenty of space for the whole family. The villa also features one bathroom with a shower and WC, and an additional guest toilet. For cooler winter months, central heating is available to ensure a cozy and comfortable stay.
