The health and safety of our guests are a priority. In light of the Covid-19 outbreak, we would like to share with you the enhanced cleaning and precautionary measures that we have instituted at our villa.

Through our feral cleaning process, common surfaces such as tables, light switches, entertainment screens, TV, and Aircon remotes are cleaned with disinfectant spray and wipes. The change of all pillow covers, bedsheets, and blankets after checkout is already our standard. The Air Condition systems are being disinfected on a weekly basis as well after guests check out. Free Hand Wash Spender and Instant Hand Sanitizer are placed in all bathrooms and kitchen.

If you are worried about staying in a large hotel with a lot of guests, a private villa is the best alternative. To be clear we are not jumping on these scare tactics and hysteria going around. We believe in a smart way of prevention and how an individual can protect themselves.

Maria is a villa just 1 km away from the famous cove of Baladrar by Benissa coast, located between Calpe and Moraira resorts, offering a lot of small coves, beaches nearby. This Spanish traditional furnished villa enjoys a central location within walking distance to several restaurants, bars, cafés, and supermarkets. Moraira center and its beaches are just 4 km away.

A private swimming pool surrounded by a very nice garden and Mediterranean plants, spacious sun patios, next to the pool a very nice outdoor shaded dining area with BBQ, this villa is a good choice for families wanting to be close to this popular beach resort. All the accommodation is on the top level. Steps lead up to the entrance to the villa, with a small balcony with views to the pool area and panoramic views, that leads to the large lounge/dining area with Sat + TV + DVD + A/C, fitted kitchen fully equipped.
