The 'Villa Margarita' in Benisa, located on Spain's eastern Mediterranean coast, features a charming Spanish façade and is an ideal vacation spot. The villa is 52m² and consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, and one bathroom, accommodating up to six people.



Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a washing machine, and air conditioning. Bedrooms 1 and 2 each have two single beds, and Bedroom 3 has a double bed. The private outdoor space features a pool, an outdoor shower, a partially covered terrace with garden furniture, a grill, and a garden.



Cala de la Fustera beach is just 3 minutes away by car or 12 minutes on foot (800 m). A restaurant, supermarket, and bar are all within a 6-minute walk (530 m), and a café is a short drive away. Alicante Airport is about an hour's drive (82 km).



Two parking spaces are available on the property. Pets are not permitted. Smoking is allowed on the property. A crib and a bed are available, and a highchair can be provided upon request. Bed linens are included, while towels are not provided.
