Appartement fonctionnel et trĂšs bien situĂ© : Pleine vue mer ! L' on s'endort avec le ressac des vagues ! PropriĂ©taire rĂ©actif et soucieux du bien ĂȘtre de ses locataires ! Rien a dire. Appartement trĂšs agrĂ©able et bon point de dĂ©part pour rayonner aux alentours ! Merci aussi Ă  l'agence, Mme Beauge, pour son accueil. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir !

Superbe apt, vue imprenable, situation parfaite !

Appartement situĂ© au deuxiĂšme Ă©tage d’un petit immeuble, vue imprenable, situation exceptionnelle face a la plage de BĂ©nodet. Grande terrasse plein sud, parking privĂ©. Longue promenades de chaque cotĂ© de l’apt. MeublĂ© avec tout le confort, mobilier et Ă©lectromĂ©nager complet et rĂ©cent. TrĂšs agrĂ©able dĂ©coration. En conclusion superbe sĂ©jour de 2 semaines sous le soleil de Bretagne, a marĂ©e haute on a l’impression de se trouver a bord d’un bateau, et j’en parle en connaissance de cause. Seul inconvĂ©nient, non mentionnĂ© sur le site, un bar , glacier, restaurant ouvert toute la journĂ©e, et sans doute tard dans la nuit en pleine saison, situĂ© au rdc de l’immeuble. Cela ne nous absolument pas gĂȘnĂ© en septembre, mais en saison ?? Communication avec l’agence trĂšs, trĂ©s fantaisiste !!! Petit dĂ©tail agaçant, obligĂ© de faire refaire un jeu de clĂ©s pour un peu d’indĂ©pendance a 2. Mais vu la qualitĂ© des prestations, je ne reproche rien au propriĂ©taire, j’espĂšre simplement que l’agence remettra aux locataires suivants « mon » jeu de clĂ©s !!

l'idéal pour des vacances

Location idéalement bien située, la plage est là à "2 pas" (reellement à 30 pas), les restaurants , le casino, les commerces tout ce fait à pieds, l'appartement est trÚs beau et trÚs fonctionnel (il ne manque rien) , une terrasse face à la mer trés bien équipée (avec le soleil toute la journée). Bénodet est idéale pour des vacances réussies. Je recommande cette location.
