We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Bénodet, this charming apartment, in 50m of the beach, with swimming pool, of a surface of 42 m ² and being able to accomodate until 4 travelers. Located on the first floor, it is composed of a nice living room of 21 m², an equipped kitchen, a nice bedroom, a bathroom and you can enjoy a garden to appreciate the sunbathing. We are waiting for you!
The housing is composed as follows:
- A living room of 21 m² with a TV, a sofa bed (double) and a dining area that can accommodate 4 people.
- An open kitchenette equipped with: electric kettle, toaster, microwave oven, hotplates, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, Nespresso coffee machine...
- A double room with a bed 160 (these are 2 single beds united in a double bed, can be separated on request)
- A bathroom with a basin, a bathtub and WC.

- A shared swimming pool belonging to the residence, open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. from April to late September (heated only from late May to mid-September).
- A terrace and a private garden with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days. South-east exposure without opposite. This garden also gives access to the garden of the residence.
- A private parking space numbered and secured by a barrier with digicode.

- Pets are accepted on request, please specify when booking. Only one pet per stay.
