"The hotel is pretty basic but the staff made it feel like a 5 star experience. They upgraded our room which was good sized, clean, quiet and the shower was very good. For a one night stay after turning in a rental car (across the street) and leaving for the airport the next morning, it was perfect."

"We loved staying in this lovely, roomy apartment! It was so comfortable, clean and very nicely appointed. The location was in a lovely neighborhood, close to wonderful restaurants and stores. Our host, Misty, was so gracious and helpful! We will be back next time we’re in Salt Lake!"

"This place is a scam. The room we had cost $354.00 and was a small attic, with old cheap jungle stuff lying around. No AC, No windows that opened, and one window you can look out, nothing like the pictures showed, NOTHING. Breakfast was 45min late, in the morning we could not find anyone who we could speak with, that didn't need a translator app. This felt like a room where a John would take their trick, except as expensive as the Grand America. Horrible place."

"The property was SO cute, even better than the photos! Communication was very clear and helpful, and it was so nice having a dedicated parking spot. There were snacks and filtered water in the unit, and absolutely everything you could possibly need for your stay. Having a security system in the unit was great for peace of mind. The only issue I had was with a lot of noise from the upstairs unit after quiet hours. I couldn’t tell if it was a domestic situation or a party, but the music was so clear it sounded like it was playing in my room and sleeping was impossible between the bass, yelling, and wrestling(?). I would definitely stay here again, but would consider a higher level floor since I usually just use the unit for sleep."

"The location was perfect for our needs. The place was clean and very well set up. Easy in and out of the apartment . It was a cute, relaxing environment. We heard very little outside or inside noise. The bed was perfect, I slept better there than I do at home. I suffer from a wide range of allergies and I didn't experience any problems. We were extremely pleased."
