"The receptionist and room were great overall. Check out is noon, we had the ‘Do Not Disturb“ sign hung on the doorknob outside our room. The same maid knocked and came in our room 3 times within 1 1/2 hours starting at 7:30 am. Unacceptable! And very frustrating. The front desk receptionist was informed upon checkout."

"Bathroom fan did not work and had large gaps on the side. Tub had water pooling 1/2 inch deep. Mattress sagged in middle and had hard edges. sounds from people walking in other room were loud. Breakfast was cheap and not very many options."

"We enjoyed our one night stay at this hotel and will be staying at this same hotel on our return trip from Colorado before flying home the next day. The room was spacious and very clean. The shower head needs some work—the holes are in need of cleaning so the water flows straight down instead of going in different directions. We were grateful for all the hand holds in the tub/shower to help us feel safe from slipping and falling. Breakfast was adequate for our needs and the fruit fresh. The bagels were just the right size for me. "

"I had a nice time. Decent breakfast. Great staff. What dropped the rating for me was service. I started an extended time frame and had to ask for everything. Had to get my own towels, soap, shampoo and such. Had to take out my own trash. I at least expected them to check occasionally to make sure everything was ok but no! not once."
