Family Gathering

"We had a large group of 10 people and house was able to comfortably accommodate us all. Just heads up this is an older home, so it was a little stuffy for my allergy and asthma kiddos, but it was also very rainy in Omaha during our stay that contributed to it. They did have plenty of Kleenex around the house which was super helpful! Towels were well stocked for our group along with pillows and covers. Location was walking distance from a small commercial district with plenty of food and bar options. Nicely centrally located to all our destinations around town. Kitchen was also good for cooking for our group and family style dinners around the dinning room table.Owners were friendly and communicated with me with all the information needed to access the space prior to our arrival. "

Adorable 2BR, Hot Tub, Close to Attractions!

They really do care about the quality of your stay

"From the moment you book to the moment you leave, the communication was professional, caring, and on point. We only had one small hiccup during the stay, not worth mentioning, and the immediate response and fix really demonstrated that our host wanted the best experience for us at all times. The property was incredibly clean and furnished beautifully, and the jacuzzi in the back was the cherry on top after a long day with family and friends! I would HIGHLY recommend staying here! As a matter of fact, we plan on coming back as we have family in Omaha, not too far from this place - but next time, we will be bringing the dogs! "

Beautiful Benson Cottage with Year-Round Hot Tub!

Nicely decorated and comfortable

"We enjoyed this sweet cottage very much. We felt safe and it was a quiet area. The fenced in yard was perfect for our sweet dog. We also walked him on the sidewalk on the street. The two bedrooms were small, comfy and had everything we needed. We love to cook and the kitchen was well supplied with what we needed. We had Hyvee deliver food to cook. We would definitely stay again. "

Great place to stay in Omaha

"This is an interesting old house dating from 1905. However, you never know it from the updated inside! Great house and central location close to everything. It was perfect for us and our little dog. Communications with the owner and check-in were seamless. Would definitely stay again next time we come to town. Thanks for the great stay."
