"This was our second time staying at The Magnolia. Everything was good. We had an issue our first night with the air conditioning not working in our room and I was very impressed with the way the staff handled it. Within a few minutes of my call to the front desk they offered to move us to another room on the same floor which we gladly took. It was nice to not have to deal with maintenance showing up and trying to fix it and then potentially having it not work again. Our only other request would be to have ice machines on each floor. "

"This home was very clean. The house rules included not wearing shoes inside, i'm assuming to protect the beautiful hard wood floors. I was very surprised my feet and socks stayed clean too. A huge plus for me! The kitchen had all utensils and pots/pans needed for a quick meal indoors. Bathrooms had hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner. The upstairs soak-in tub had bubble bath, which was a wonderful surprise. The only thing I may mention that is more of a preference than an actual issue is the beds were very low. My parents met us in Omaha, my mother is disabled and had some difficulty getting in and out of the bed. All in all, it was a wonderful stay. I would stay here again when in Omaha."

"House is a bit worn, but all fine and accommodating. We could only get a couple apps to work on the firestick TV, most would not download. Front door lock code quit working after a couple days, and there were a lot of ants in the kitichen and other downstairs areas, as well as 2 mice who made nightly appearances in the kitchen. There is not really a back porch light, there's a small motion something but it's very dark and we used our phone flashlight to walk out there are night because there's a large possum living under the deck our dog kept going after (finally leashed him to take him out). Back yard has quite a bit of poison ivy. "

"None of the kitchen appliances had any power. There was a large burn mark on the refrigerator. Contacted the host who had us flip breakers and nothing fixed the issue. Host said they would refund us half and this has not been done nor have they had any communication with us since. We spent money on groceries as well as food delivery because we could not cook the food we had. Property has not been maintained, back yard was a mess and trash bins were completely full and overflowing. Very disappointed I used my one key cash on this. I usually have really good results with my VRBO stays, but this one was definitely a miss! Would not recommend."

"The stay was perfect for our fur babies! Our family that lives in town aren't too fond of our fur babies so they weren't invited to the Easter festivities!lol! However,this pet friendly home welcomed them with open arms!! The stairs up and down were a bit much for our senior dog but our lap dog had a blast zooming around all the hardwood floors!! Didn't do lots of cooking, as we ate with family most days but the home was equipped with the basics to cook a meal for the family! Great place to stay if you need a safe, comfy place to chill while in town or safe haven for your fur babies yo lounge while you do the town!!"

"This may be one of my favorite experiences at a VRBO. The space was dog friendly with the fenced in back yard and we were even given complimentary snacks and a bottle of wine. Will definitely keep this place in the favorites for our next stay in Omaha!"
