"The property was really nice in an area that is not so nice. We enjoyed the house very much but were not big on the noise from the street all day and night. Loved the upstairs deck and the downstairs covered patio. The amenities in the add say that this house is suitable for seniors and children. I wouldn’t recommend it due to the stairs plus no baby gates for very young children. The kitchen was very nice but the dishes left a lot to be desired. 3 dinner plates? Mismatched flatware and cups....

"This is a cute house in the wonderful college hill area. It was near everywhere we wanted to go while in town. Also close enough to downtown. There a nice workout room and great coffee and hot tea selection."

"We spent the week before my son’s wedding at this house. It was clean and spacious and very comfortable. We felt right at home. It’s thoughtfully stocked throughout the home. We had fun with the games and it’s located for an easy trip to the zoo! We will definitely be back. The linens were well stocked for the bathrooms and the beds were very comfortable and had nice soft sheets. The home is beautifully decorated and not in an invasive way like some places are. "Our family and some friends stayed at the house to watch the March Madness games. We had plenty of room. Went for a walk each morning and the neighborhood was beautiful. If we are ever in Wichita will stay again. "
