The staff where extremely helpful and courteous! The room was clean and well maintained with a good breakfast and nice pool. The staff went out of their way on numerous occasions to help me and my family! Will be staying there again!

The front desk staff was friendly on the evening shift, missing on the morning one. The room and public areas smiled musty. Was afraid to go in the pool considering how poorly maintained the rest of the place was. Very convenient to the Center Theater but area around hotel was rather sketchy after dark. Fairly quiet despite proximity to freeway.

I arrived at 7 PM on Tuesday night. In my first regular king room, the air conditioner was not working at all. I walked downstairs and was promptly switched to another room on the same floor thank goodness. The hallway, elevator and doors all need work. It’s not clean here. The saving grace was the polite staff.

The room was very clean, but a little cramped for space. The faucets barely had water running out but the shower was better. We only needed a room to sleep and continue on our trip, so it was a good choice and the location was easy to find. I would stay there again if the situation was the same. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Comfortable, quiet and clean room with friendly staff. The hot water and A/C worked well. The pool was nice but the hot tub was unfortunately paved over. The area seemed safe and convenient to restaurants. The breakfast included was a standard hotel breakfast. I thought it was a very good value.

The staff was really kind and helpful. The ac in the hallways and lobby was broken. The toilet seat was broken and the shower curtain rod was also broken. All in all I would probably stay again to get out of the heat bc the price was so good.
