"Roc is a great host! Communication was second to none. The cleaning staff were one hour over our due date and he messaged me right away but wasn’t an issue as we were an hour late arriving. We also couldn’t find the cookie sheet to cook fries and he answered my message within an hour and said he’d bring pans soon but suggested we look in another cupboard and we found them. "The pictures and listing are not near what this place is like. First of all, we checked in and the house was 35 degrees on the main floor, upstairs was closer to 40. We thought maybe the AC was turned off so went to turn it on, and got nothing. Messaged the property manager and they said they would make a note of it, not send someone to fix it. Thought that was strange so took a walk around the outside, to our astonishment there is no AC in the house at all. We were in a heat wave and a house...

It is a large area that allows easy interaction and enough room - there can be many “cooks in the kitchen”. "The home and grounds are beautiful and well kept. Lots of activities indoors and out for all age ranges. Short drive to Sylvan Lake and Red Deer for more family fun. The firepit and hot tub were great for relaxing after a day out. Lori was prompt to answer any questions we had. We had a great trip and would definitely return again. "This was a great experience from beginning to finish. The owners were friendly and accommodating. Quick response to messages. The house was so clean and homey! Great location….awesome game room. Hot tub was clean. I have a very picky aunty and she was so impressed. We all want to return to sylvan lake in the future and will definitely be contacting these owners again. 5+ stars."

"We stayed here for a couple nights while attending a family wedding nearby. The accommodations were clean and well equipped and our stay was enjoyable despite typical May long weekend weather. We especially enjoyed the hottub. The hosts were very responsive to our questions. We would recommend a stay here!"
