Was a really reasonable price for a newly eenovated room $90. Rooms were lovely. Moxies restautant is attached and Denny right next door (15% off Denny's if you stay at Sandman) Moxies was EXCELLENT and Dennys's was great and fast for breakfast. Hotel staff professional and friendly check in/out fast and efficient. Would stay again.

We enjoyed the pool area. Although it was basic it was nice to have this option. We liked the Dennys restaurant and discount we received for going as a sandman guest. Overall, the rooms where clean, neat and organized. Not overly fancy but very comfy. A great stay.

This property was under renovation. The rooms on the upper floors ar3 completed and beautiful. The rooms are spacious and I had a separate seating area. The staff were friendly and eager to help us with any questions or concerns we had. Moxies restaurant is attached and Dennys is reight beside the propwrty and is open 24 hours.

When I reserved the room, the hotel description indicated 'breakfast for a fee', which means hotel guests get a discount at Denny's restaurant about a block away from the hotel. Room was newly renovated and clean. A bit noisy because it is near a major street.

The ladies at the front desk were incredibly friendly and pleasant. Shout out to Julie, Courtney, and Eve! Check in wasn't as smooth because I booked via Expedia and arrived shortly after booking. But the ladies were very accommodating and made sure we were able to get to our rooms quickly after a tiring day. The beds were comfortable and the entire place was well maintained and clean. I would stay here again and recommend it.

The staff were very helpful and friendly, the beds were extremely comfortable and the room was clean and fresh. Some work was going on but it wasn't a distraction or a disturbance. Front end staff were also very friendly and in the morning Julie made sure we knew about values offered by the hotel. We would gladly stay again.
