"We needed a rental due to a family member having surgery in Lt. Rock. We live three hours away. This little apartment is simple and clean. It had the amenities needed during our stay. The pictures of the apartment are a little different from what you see when you walk in. It is plain with minimal decorations or furniture. The couch is comfortable.The living area would have been more comfortable if there had been a couple of living room chairs since there were four of us. There is a bar height...

"Overall the property was newly remodeled and clean. Everything worked as it should. Beds upstairs, living down. The property manager communicated very clearly (likely the best we have experienced in the US). The only thing that bothered us was it smelled like smoke from the neighboring tenant’s cigarette being drawn through the A/C unit when they stood outside. If you need access to UAMS long term it would be the perfect spot as it is directly across the street and an easy walk. "
