Condo Rentals in Benton County

"Very cute duplex, convenient location, easy rental."

"Check-in was required early. Not realizing that. We got to the apartment late. It was difficult to connect to rental service given I had no internet access. Once contact was made the person on the other end did a great job. Window unit air conditioner not properly sealed in window. Mosquitos come in . 1 window does indeed look into trees. Nice appliances. Shower old, and hole in wall along floorboard not repaired. No work space as advertised unless you call kitchen table dedicated. No dresser....

"While the property has been updated and would have been a nice place to getaway, unfortunately we had a very disappointing experience. The garbage cans were in front of the garage and were overflowing with rancid garbage and flies swarming. When we entered the property, there were hundreds of flying insects (like fruit flies) in every room, dead flies on the floor, crumbs on the kitchen floor, and sheets in one bedroom that appeared to have been slept on. We contacted the property manager and...

"Really gorgeous views! Comfy beds and an extremely well equipped kitchen!"

"This was a great place to stay. Would stay here again."

"The view and privacy are excellent for a small family."

"Had a great stay in this cozy apartment with its great location and attentive owner. Easy walk to downtown Albany through a great and historic neighborhood. Would definitely return for a stay."

"Very nice place. Nicely isolated but close enough to Yachats for conveniency. Ocean view is excellent. Access to ocean was easy and it felt like our own private beach. "

"Great trip and awesome location, we plan to book another stay here soon!"

"Great view!"

"Great place!"

"Overall the experience was good, Coburg is a lovely little town and we fell in love with it's charm. We came to town for the Oregon vs. Nebraska football game, and this little rental was perfect - close enough to Eugene, but away from the noise and traffic from game-day. Easy access to I-5, and only 1 stop away from the Autzen Express bus station made getting to the game really easy. A few things - the host asks guests to remove their shoes at the door. I thought this was a weird request as...

"We were in town to help our daughter move and this was conveniently located and clean. "

"Maxwell’s place exceeded my expectations with little extras, prompt communication and easy details to his adorable apartment. I highly recommend his place for your stay in the heart of Eugene. It’s near everything. TY!"

"Perfect space for our time there."

"The perfect spot to stay when you want to get away and relax."

"Excellent experience"

"Was not able to check in as nobody was there. Take this place out of the system"
