10/10 Excellent

"Rooms were very clean along with the main hotel. Pool is small but decent and the gym is nice. Parking was ok and plentiful. Breakfast is simple - bread,bagels, muffins, eggs, sausages, oatmeal and diy waffles. There was always fresh coffee and hot water for tea and hot cocoa. My only con is someone was able to just come in through the front and was acting very erratic and not themselves."

"Negatives (though nitpicky) Elevator was slow, and the sink... Don't get me started lol. I could barely wash my hands it was so close to the edge of the bowl. The cleaning staff came in to our room way too early (8 freakin 30 man) before we were even close to checking out. Positives: Other than that it was a nice place, good breakfast, nice staff. Definitely would stay again even with the negatives."

"Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Stayed 4 nights. Was only there to rest at night. It was quiet and air worked well. Had room cleaned after 2 nights which was great. The only problem was the TV would seem to have to regain connection every so often."

Benton Beach House: Bike to Beach & St. Joseph River, Arcade Games, Cornhole

"Our family spent a week at Benton Harbor Beach house in June2026. This house served our family well! We were able to visit 3 beaches and on a rain day The children’s discovery museum and bowling. The location of this house offered access to all the area had to offer! We brought games and with the arcade games at the house, those rainy days or evenings, there was never a dull moment, the young folks enjoyed the arcade games very much! We grilled 2 evenings, thanks to the outdoor grill, and took the beach chairs with us to the beach and was glad for the beach towels provided. We made use of the washer and dryer. We’re not bikers so we did not use the bikes but would be a good idea if we were. The host answered any questions we had in a timely manner, the house was as described."
