We enjoyed our stay.
We had a great four day weekend at Teepee Village. The host was very helpful and friendly. The location was great because it was so close to the hiking trails. The teepees were fun but the nights were cold!!! Be prepared for temperature changes. The days were beautiful. We will go back for a second visit.

Great Family Camp
If you are looking for a cosy camping this is your place. The hot tub was available 24/7, nice open space, bbq, fire pit and close to markets. The bathroom cleaning could improve a lot but overall is a nice place.

Much needed rest
We could not have asked for a better experience. The ambience of the tent was soothing and and provided the much needed respite from a tiring day. Dirk was very welcoming and had great suggestions on places to visit and eat. We will be back!

Cool and peaceful getaway
My boyfriend, son, my sons best friend and I had a great time this past weekend staying at Dirk’s “Tee pee village!” We brought all of our food with us and cooked each meal on the grill provided for us. Each evening a large camp fire was lit and it would burn all night. My son (11) thanked me a couple times for booking this trip which let me know he enjoyed himself and the break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. I loved being able to watch him and his friend while they enjoyed the hot tub, fished in the pond, played cornhole, pet the farm animals and mingled with other guests by the camp fire. The bathroom and “kitchen” were close to the tee pees and provided everything needed including towels, some toiletries, paper plates, utensils, etc. It was more spacious inside the tee pees than I imagined which is great and the futon pulled out was big enough for two tall and “fluffy” people. There was even a small refrigerator and multiple outlets available in each tee pee. Overall This was a cool little weekend getaway in a peaceful setting surrounded by trees and nature. I would highly recommend booking to stay here. You won’t regret it! Thank you again Dirk, you are a great host.

Just about everything was perfect. We met Garth who was a really kind individual. The area was gorgeous and the teepee was fitted to keep us comfortable. I only had a few issues. One was the amount of bugs we kept getting in the teepee. The bottom is open so we had alot of daddy long leggers and spiders getting into our tent. One crawled over my husbands face. Then it poured the last night we were there and water started coming through the teepee and getting all over my pillow and the bed. We had to get up and move the bed and the outlets had to be put up on a chair. One other thing to note, if you bring small children you are gonna have to ensure you can keep them inside the teepee at night cause there is a pond very close and one of my fears was that my son was gonna sneak out and get hurt. We corrected this by setting up a chair in front of the zipper. It is muddy in the morning too. It was a special experience. I appreciate how much effort Garth has put into the place. There is a hot tub, a coffee bar, and there are showers and bathrooms nearby as well. He put an air conditioner and a fan in the teepee to keep us cool, a mini fridge and a little table and chairs as well. There is a big fire pit outside and a beautiful view. Its a little hidden gem. Thank you for hosting us :)

Amazing place!
The teepee was adorable and comfortable. Heaters were provided, we stayed warm. Bathroom was great, they put out a lot of towels for us to use. The hot tub felt amazing! Dirk and Hurricane were great hosts, super friendly, welcoming. We fished, caught some crappie, we fed mules and alpaca. They had wood loaded in the fire pit for us. The gas grill worked great. Overall it was a great stay! So great that we came back on our way back home too. It is a great place to relax!

Unique Experience
This was such a wonderful experience. Everything was over our expectations. If you like more of the off grid camping type, this is perfect. Hurricane and Dirk were superb hosts. Even thru high winds and rain one night, the teepee was so secure. Futon was comfortable for 2. The only issue we had was that our 5 day stay was not long enough to enjoy everything. Jacuzzi was refreshing before enjoying an evening with roasting over the campfire. The $ was excellent for the time we enjoyed. Will definitely return for a longer stay. God Bless! The Sears
