"Check in and check out went fine. Was way too expensive for how run down it was. Could be cleaned better. Mildew smell. Waffle makers at breakfast didn't cook all the way but the rest seemed fine. Walls are very thin. Was woke up at 4am by our neighbor blasting the tv and i didn't get any sleep. Tried calling front desk to help with no answer. Ac worked great. Low water pressure in sink. Parking on one side of building and walking through and up stairs was annoying. "

"First, the outside of the building, the neighboring park, the area, and the lobby get your hopes up. The lobby and the veranda, that is off of the lobby, is great. Definitely go there. However, the room was just awful. They say they are renovating, and I must have gotten a pre-renovation room. We like NOTHING about the room. The dirty carpet was patterned avocado green - from like 50 years ago. Too filthy to use in a garage. Toilet didn't flush. Wood rot in the closet. Shower was ancient. Zero sound insulation. We heard every word our neighbors said. And the bed squeaked all the time. And just little things. If we were honeymooners, the whole hotel would have known. Maybe if you get a renovated room it would be fine, but what we had was awful. And it was small. When we mentioned the squeaky bed, the receptionist couldn't have cared less. "

"The remodel was good! I don’t feel it was worth the price we paid to stay2 nights! Our room wasn’t cleaned our 2 nd day! I had to call to receive clean towels and pick up trash! I also had to call to get bedding for the pullout bed! "

"This hotel is in a somewhat depressed area of North Little Rock and a few blocks from an active commercial railway. There were several extremely bright security lights that did a great job of deterring petty theft of vehicles and loitering in the parking areas all around the building. There were some train horns very late at night on occasion, but not too much of a nuisance. The room was clean and in very nice condition. The bed was comfortable. The ac worked great and the fridge and microwave functioned. There was one small, minor area of mildew in the shower caulking, but not terrible. Otherwise the bathroom was very nice. Our stay was very pleasant and even though it's an old-school type motel with uncontrolled access from the exterior to the room doors, we did not feel unsafe. All in all, it's an economical option that delivers on value and safety. I can comfortably recommend it to others."

"Took an hour to park vehicle due to an event being hosted on site. When finally approaching parking deck entrance an attendant lectured me on not pulling up close enough. No hello, sorry about parking , or any pleasantry. Just a lecture. The room was not clean at all. Back of the bathroom door very dirty. Neighboring room played loud music all night long. Went to lobby to purchase some drinks and snacks and the lady at the desk was very unprofessional. Was on phone during whole transaction. Never greeted me and seemed like I was bothering her. After check out realized we were charged $15.00 for two bottles of water that were in our room. "
