The Space:
This condo is within a 4 plex building that is divided into four separate / private 650 square feet units. If you choose to rent all four units, it is perfect for large groups who want privacy, but also want to be close to their travel companions.

Our cancellation policy is as follows: Bookings cancelled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 100% refund minus a nonrefundable 3%* charge to cover credit/debit card processing fees. Bookings cancelled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund minus a nonrefundable 3%* charge to cover credit/debit card processing fees. Otherwise, a refund will not be processed. *3% charge only applies if Stay NWA is responsible for payment collection.

Perfect location
Was in town to mountain bike. Location was perfect. No car necessary. Walked to restaurants and road to trail head. Apartment was great. Kitchen - a bit small but functional. I cooked breakfast and dinner in it.
