The hotel should be a 5 star and service was 5 star but I had a few issues that I should not have had for this caliber of hotel. My room was warm and too difficult to manage the temperature. I had engineering come up and adjust the temperature, 5 hours later still warm. I was moved to another room at midnight. Next morning the new room sink would not drain and the knobs fell off the fittings. The bed was quite comfortable. The lobby and bar with lounge very nice. The staff did take care of me and were super accommodating to me and my dog. Great location, I will stay again.!

Amazing hotel in a beautiful place. If you are also a mountain biker, there are trails throughout the town. Hotel is filled with beautiful accents of plank wood floors, stone, elk heads hanging off the walls, beautiful lights, custom leather chairs, huge custom made tables for work, meetings, and gathering, custom outdoor furniture looking into the town square. Great restaurants inside the hotel. This place is magnificent. Nick at the front desk is amazing. He is so full of knowledge and helpful getting us checked in early because we had an early morning flight and wanted to get into the room and relax before we met with our guests.

The staff is composed of professionals with great people skills. Checking in, the front desk staff fixed a problem in our reservation easily. Checking in and getting our car valet parked was effortless. The room was well laid out with a long bench seat along the window with pillows. The bathroom was big with a roomy shower. The bed was comfy. We were surprised that the bed was turned down when we returned from dinner. The location is great, as you can explore the square or walk to the Crystal Bridges art museum and it's indoor and outdoor art. It was the priciest hotel on our road trip, but it was a nice treat.
