早餐吃歐式自助餐種類多樣化，旁邊有自己的停車場方便停車。小孩跌倒擦傷有迅速幫忙處理，只是沒有使用食鹽水，用洗手間的清水，我想只是認知的不同，勉強可以接受。有大浴場可以泡湯很舒服。離車站5-8八分鐘，拖著行李也不遠。只要有告知，清潔人員都會來打掃。整體來說很滿意。

客数多く、１７階なのにエレベーターが3基しかなく、満員だったり、利用出来るまでに時間がかかった。 立体駐車場利用したがエレベーターが２階しかなく、又従業員通路・エレベーター利用で荷物が積まれている通路を荷物を持ったまま移動しなければならなかった。足が不自由な人には耐えられない状況である。
