"The property is beautiful and the rooms are well decorated and thought put together. Staff is amazing and it is right along the Tanah Lot Market strip and in less than 5 minutes walking distance to Batu Bolong Temple. 10/10 recommend."

Pros: The staff were wonderful and accommodating, I arrived late (2AM) and a member of the staff stayed up to greet me and check me in, and the area was relaxing and quiet.
Cons: there were some mold issues, which is understandable considering the climate and the location right by a river, but for people with sensitivities/allergies it might be problematic

"This was great value for money, as we were there in the wet season.
The room was lovely, although the layout with the bathroom facilities a little strange.
The team were welcoming, but seemed a little tentative and inexperienced on how to manage requests.
There was also an incident where the staff through another team member in the pool - while we were sitting there relaxing. This didn't seem overly professional, but no one thought it was an issue.

"I loved the size of the residency. My favourites were the pool, sauna and ice bath! The staff were really nice and I loved hanging out in their main reception where they served delicious food and drinks. :) If you get time, get a massage - it will worth it!"

"I have travelled the world and this is the best hotel I have stayed in. Apart from the luxury and beauty, the staff are amazing and so helpful and respectful. The facilities are very expensive to use “5 star prices” even the spa is 10 times expensive than the all spa’s around the hotel even it is more expensive than spa prices in Australia.
