beautiful property, wonderful room, excellent staff. it was nice to have several options for meals. pricing for meals was a little high for Bali but that goes with a luxury brand. we ate out often and had booked our room with breakfast via expedia so that worked out well. great pool, lovely beach, several places to eat/drink and be on the beach

The room and facilities were really nice. Since this is a well-known hotel, pickups to excursions/tour guides always know where to pick you up from. This place was gorgeous and serene the breakfast was delicious the chef Mr Bayu kept the delicious food coming. You have to try the potatoes. The staff was amazing the spa is a must try and Agus was very helpful. All around great experience.
