"Staff are excellent but I had an issue with my room aircon controller that was not fixed as was committed, made sleeping highly uncomfortable."

"There were shops close to the hotel, across a busy 3 lanes of traffic, there is a crosswalk but the cars dont slow down or stop for you. The pool was small and warm. The staff are freindly and helpful, not a large selection at breakfast. In our room the fridge didnt work, the carpets are stained and and in need of a deep clean even in the hallway outside. Your room card is used both for the door and power in the room we had to ask for a second card as the power is on a timer and turned off when you leave. Fire alarm went off twice both times a false alarm. The lifts are slow and your card is needed to operate the lift. You could hear people moving about opening and closing doors all hours of the night."

"Great Hotel! Location central to Shopping Malls, KLCC Centre & Petronas Twin Towers. Room was very clean and spacious, with complimentary mini fridge. Staff polite and helpful. Recommended!!!!! "
