"Heizung funktionierte nicht, auf die Frage hin sollten wir selbst in den Heizraum gehen und etwas einstellen. Als Antwort wurde noch erwähnt Frau Holm sie sei eine allein Erziehende Mutter von 5 Kindern. Was das mit der Heizung zu tun hat habe ich nicht verstanden. Folgende Mängel sind noch zu beanstanden: Rollos defekt Kamin nicht nutzbar, da der Kamin vom Kaminkehrer gesperrt wurde mir von Frau Holm erklärt Möbel extrem abgenutzt Küchenstühle zerrissen Feuchte Wände"

"Wow! A wonderful stay that exceeded expectations in every way! The owners and staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. The Alpindestel two bedroom apartment we booked was perfect for our family of five with a beautiful Mountain View from the master bedroom. "Pros: Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und hat uns nett empfangen. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut räumlich aufgeteilt.Mit einem großen Balkon.Genug Platz für Wäschetrocknung. besteht, Fahrradkeller inklusive abschliessbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Norma Penny) um die Ecke , Elektro Ladestation in der gleichen Strasse. Cons: TV Programm sehr eingeschränkt, meistens Privatsender, uns fehlte die ARD."

"The staff was great. Alexandra was very kind and helpful. The restaurant waiters and waitress were all hardworking, efficient, and very nice. The restaurant food was excellent and we ate there both night of our two day stay. The common areas were very clean, cool and airy, and nicely appointed. The rooms were somewhat warm and we needed a fan, which was immediately provided upon our arrival by Alexandra. The only troubling thing about this hotel was a middle aged woman with tattoos wearing a drindl, who we understood was the manager. She was very rude to us when we checked in before our room was ready and we were trying to handle our luggage as directed by the staff. As we were doing so, the woman approached and spoke to us very angrily, said numerous things under her breath, scowled at us numerous times, and walked off without us understanding what we had done to anger her. This was our first impression of the hotel. This woman has no business being in a supervisory role there. Or having anything to do with the hotel’s clients."

"Lovely Austrian hotel very clean, good quality rooms and very friendly and helpful staff The food was of good quality however I thought the dinner options in the restaurant were a bit limited as I was looking forward to a good steak and no steak was available May be Austrians preferer Schnitzel ,as there was plenty of that on the menu which what i had and it was good"
