Located in a secure residence, on the 2nd floor with elevator, charming studio of 27m² nicely furnished, it consists of:

- An entrance with cupboards.
- A separate toilet.
- A bathroom with shower.
- A living room with a double bed.
- A semi-open fitted/equipped kitchen.

Equipment: Television, oven, coffee maker, electric hob.

So you can enjoy all the attractions of the resort without ever worrying about parking problems!

Cleaning fees are included in the price of the accommodation.

Upon arrival, a security deposit of €750.00 (paid by bank imprint, not debited from your account) will be requested. Payment of your tourist tax will also be required.

Sheets are not included in the accommodation but can be provided for an additional charge of €10.00 to €22.00 per set depending on the size of the bedding.
Bath towels are not included in the accommodation and cannot be provided.

Pets are not allowed.

location berk du 13 juillet au lundi 17 juillet apt 104 rue beaujeancy au numero 20

Logement trop petit pour nous; sinon correct niveau propreté et environnement pour le bruit. Le soucis est que nous n'avions pas d'eau chaude durant 2 jours car le vendredi 14 étant ferié on a eu l'eau chaude à partir du samedi midi. Aussi le jour de notre depart plus d'électricité à partir de 7 H 40 . pas normal. Bref nous avons demandé à etre indemnisé de ces 2 jours sans eau chaude et à ce jour nous attendons. Orpi doit voir avec la propriétaire. Autrement nous avons apprécié la literie Cordialement me pringault
