Le Funi Hotel

"11/10. Could not be more pleased with our experience, particularly the graciousness of the staff (Franco, Gian-Luigi, and Svetlana (hopefully the correct name!). They went above and beyond for us and our 2 year old. The location just on the edge of Citta Alta was also extremely convenient, in additions to be steps away from the funicular to San Vigilio. The personal touch of the staff makes Le Funi a *must stay* for all travelers, and certainly for families."

"A functional hotel next to the train station. Arrived after midnight and the reception was still open, despite what the check-in instructions say on hotels.com website that you cannot check in after midnight. I contacted the hotel and they said reception was open 24 hours so it wasn’t a problem. The decor is a bit dated and there was only one plug socket for charging but apart from that the room was fine for a quick one night stay over."

"Lovely hotel in the heart of Alta Città . Staff were very friendly and the accommodation was clean and well maintained. The funicular railway is very near and therefore easy to get to the accommodation. Only downside is no air-conditioning but has a ceiling fan and is safe to leave windows open. Really good hotel."
