This is a new hotel but a little off the main part of town. Having a car is a must but figure out how to get to the hotel before you get there. There are no signs that makes it confusing

Excellent hotel, great rooms, comfy beds, very nice shower, everything new, amazing service in restaurant and breakfast hall. Friendly and professional staff. Two stops with tram to train and bus station. If you have a car than location is good. Area is not nice. Contraction around, every night concerts and loud music at Arena till midnight. If you have a business at Choruslife Arena than this is the place to stay.

Excellent hotel, great staff, nothing too much trouble. Spotlessly clean and well maintained. Nothing at all to dislike. Location is a way out but fine if you like walking (which we did). There is a tram that goes past the hotel so always an option anyway. The area around the hotel is being developed including a new arena etc. Would stay again.

Stayed in this property, in order to go to a concert at the arena. Really easy to get to (about 10 mins from Bergamo airport & cost about 35 euros from Airport) Place was immaculate, staff were amazing especially Luca. The only down side is that there are limited dining options around the area. There is a pizza restaurant at choruslife, which was busy & ok, however post gig there was nothing open. There is a aldi a 5 min walk away & a few local pizza restaurants and an amazing bakery but they all close between 7-10pm. if you’re back late you will probably have to order a deliveroo.

Zu Fuss schwierig zu finden

Modernes und gepflegtes Hotel. Wenn man mit dem ÖV anreist sehr schwierig, den Hoteleingang zu finden - überhaupt nicht gut beschildert. Die Lichter im Hotelzimmer zu bedienen ist auch recht kompliziert und nicht gerade intuitiv. Hotelpersonal freundlich, Frühstück lecker.

Fantastiske rom, men kald atmosfære.

Super overnatt, men likevel skeptisk til "ssmfunnet" som er bygd opp med butikkar og diverse restauranter knytt til hotellet. Korleis vil dette påvirke dei små lokale aktørane? Dette hotellet siktar seg nok inn på dei med mykje pengar, som ikkje ynskjer å gå utanfor eit ventilert området. Me oppleve det som om det var veldig få gjestar på hotellet. Ny du kjem du å støtte dei små aktørane i Bergamo, vel du eit anna hotell!
