"We stayed for three nights. For two of the nights, our AC was not cooling. We complained multiple times. It was so bad because it was so hot outside. Finally, on the third night, we were able to move to another floor and then the AC was working fine. Breakfast was very good. We arrived early and asked for early check-in. My son was not feeling good and really needed to rest. No rooms were available, which was understandable. But once people started checking out, I thought they might prioritize to get one of our rooms cleaned first. But no, we had to wait till very close to check-in time. We explained how our son was not feeling good and if they could do anything to get that room clean sooner, but unfortunately, nothing happened. For the amount of money we paid for this room, I expected much better."

"We paid the €21 for a breakfast twice. Get there early for the best choice. Some hot food. The hotel is a 10minute walk to the town centre. It’s a nice little town. We were there to meet up with a relative but did some tourist stuff. The 45 min boat cruise for €6.5 each was well worth it and comes right past the hotel. We managed to get a parking space on site. Icecream shops in town lovely."

"Property was a perfect location for my trip. Fun Quirky Hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and we enjoyed the bar and restaurant in the evening. Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby within walking distance. Train station was just a short walk away. Two stops to City Central and One stop to Zaanse Schans Windmills. Once we learned to navigate the trains it was very easy to get around. Trains were clean and safe."
