Great location with good sized room. Arrived early after a long night on a sleeper train and they allowed us to check in then which was much appreciated. Given the location and with a street facing room the noise level was really low and slept very well at the hotel. Drinks vouchers offered for not having the room cleaned daily. TV a bit more dated without abilities to cast and things like that but honestly we were out so often it really made little difference to our stay. Only a short walk to the station with links to Amsterdam and the coast so a great choice to stay there during a long weekend.

The hotel location is perfect being in the centre of the town and close to many restaurants, cafes and places of interest. We intended to stay three nights however my husband became unwell and was admitted to hospital. I stayed a further week. Our room was comfortable and quiet. The staff members were supportive, kind, and helpful at a very difficult time. This was much appreciated by both of us. We would certainly stay at this hotel when visiting Haarlem again.

The location is perfect but I was expecting it to have the luxury feel of the Amsterdam branch. It’s more like a nice three star hotel than a good four star hotel. Fridge turned off in the room, no water, no restaurant, and the small window room in the deluxe room is constrained. And the soaps weren’t full on arrival. But it’s clean and a great location, and the staff were amazing. I was just expecting more luxury for the price

The staff were very good with helping me plan my trips from Haarlem to other areas using either the trains or buses. Always friendly. The breakfast was always good and plenty of choices. I would stay there again.

What a lovely hotel! Beautiful domed ceiling over the lobby stairs. We were welcomed with a friendly reception desk and given an early check-in. The location is so perfect to explore this charming city. Canals with regular short cruises, charming streets with excellent shops and a lovely town square surrounded with an outstanding choice of restaurants. Would highly recommend a stay here.

The junior suite was excellent. Despite the hotel being full it was quiet at night. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is very well positioned for access to the town. I would recommend this hotel. We did not try the food so cannot comment on that.

The hotel is well located in the centre and the room was comfortable. We had one breakfast in the hotel but this wasn’t great, too many people and insufficient tables meant a long wait and even when we got into breakfast the standard was not high.
