"Great location and safe nice building. Very helpful staff that helped us switch from an interior room with a window to the loud industrial central courtyard to a room with a bay window overlooking the fish market. Some scuffs and tears left by previous tenants had not been repaired. Breakfast and even free coffee are not included with room."

"We left the room in the afternoon, while i was inside i could hear the cleaning lady doing the other rooms but she didn’t didn’t come to knock on my door. We came back late at night to find that our room hasn’t been cleaned, both garbages full , no clean towels. We are very dissapointed with this inconvenience and request and explanation and some refund."

"The apartment itself is big and OK. We arrived Saturday evening and we had to retrieve the keys at some box system. Then we got to the address and could not get into the building as at the entrance there is a confusing array of electrtonics and we had lots of keys and tokens . Fortunately after an hour arrived another guest who had the same issues the previous day and helped us. They don't answer the phone so you have to arrive on weekdays in office hours. Service is inexistent."

"Citybox in Damasplass is an average stay. This particular property is a convenient train ride away from downtown Bergen and all its attractions. However it is not walking distance to any of the tourist attractions. Property condition: While public areas are clean and comfortable, the rooms are less appealing. We stayed in family suite with 4 beds and it was definitely cramped. Breakfast downstairs was $20 pp and felt overpriced for the choices offered so we skipped."
