Location was very close to the train to help us navigate to our activities over the course of our stay. "Great location and spacious property perfect for a large group of friends exploring NYC. Due to its central location, the front bedrooms are extremely noisey at all hours of the day. The property is suitable and functional for a short stay, but is a little run down including broken tiles in the upstairs bathroom, rickety occasional chairs, unkept outdoor area and unstable railing on the stairs. The property manager is very responsive and helpful."

"We booked this home to celebrate my bachelorette party! 8 of us girls fit comfortably! We enjoyed the layout and spacious living room. Everything was as it said in the listing and very clean. The location is the best part! Across the street from a coffee shop, a cool bar, and food options. The host was prompt and always available when needed. A lot of us have talked about wanting to come back a rent this home again. 10/10 recommend."

"Property was exactly as listed. Our Family enjoyed our time at this rental. Bathroom drain was a bit slow, but overall everything was great! Would definitely choose this place again if I was looking to return to the area."

"We took our 13 year old son to NYC for his birthday. This condo was the perfect place for us to stay! It is a short walk to the train and great place to eat, but out of the way enough that you're not right in the middle of the hustle - but just a block away! Everything was clean and nice. They even had a washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher! The hosts even checked in before, during, and after our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. Everything was just right!"

"This was our second time staying at this residence and it did not disappoint. The home is spacious and has all of the household appliances and amenities needed. Be mindful of parking and noise levels when booking this space as street parking is limited and there’sone neighbor who will complain if you’re playing music or talking too loudly. Great place overall and will definitely book again in the future."

"The house was nice & spacious. I do feel like it could use more seating in the living room, considering it can hold up to 11 guests. It would aslo be nice if there were tv's in the guest rooms upstairs. Also, maybe make sure the cleaning crew removes cobweks. "

"We booked our stay here two days before checking in. On the day of we had not heard from the host. After multiple attempts to contact them, via app and phone call, it wasn’t until 45 minutes after we were supposed to check in that our reservation was cancelled due to having been double booked on another platform. Very disappointing as it left us scrambling to find somewhere else to stay. The area was nice and walkable, but a disappointing turn of events."
