"The air conditioning was great and we were very comfortable. The parking left much to be desired, though. There wasn't much in terms of spaces and it was very tight. I did not like it and neither did my husband. The accomodations were very minimal. I wish our room had bigger beds and a mini fridge. It wasn't what we expected at all. The lighting in the room was ok. Just wish it was bigger and had more amenities. Overall the staff was ok, but when I called room service, no one picked up the phone and I let it ring 8 times. I think that was unacceptable. I'm a guest in your hotel and I expect great service. I didn't get that. "

"This was a really great experience until a massive leak through the ceiling caused water to pour into our room non-stop and they were unable to fix it. This was on my WEDDING night as well. It damaged some of my personal items including electronics and I have sent multiple emails and left several messages for the GM and have yet to hear back so unfortunately almost a week later so I will not be staying here again. I know accidents happen and some things are beyond the control of the hotel and can just be bad luck - but the handling of the situation and lack of communication since then to compensate for the damage is just ruining the experience even more."

"The service is of poor quality; furthermore, the hallways smell like marijuana. There isn't enough parking on the premises, yet they try to charge you $25 even if you don't use it. I do not recommend it."

"Property is on some bad roads. Difficult parking. Great breakfast selection. Very slow check in system. Decent amenities. Daily room service. Overall noisy property. Random door knocks at night. Cleaning service opening doors before check out times. Loud street noise, close to freeway. "
