"It was easy to find being only 14 km from Salzburg airport. On arrival, after some admin. stuff, Aurelia explained all the places to visit. The property itself was as it was in the pictures. Immaculately clean with all amenities. It was wam (had to turn down the thermostat) and very comfortable. The heated floor in the bathroom was such a bonus. The property was just across the border from Austria. So we were able to have breakfast in Germany and then nipped acroos the border to have lunch. ...

"We really enjoyed the property. It was very clean and stocked with everything we needed. The air conditioners worked great, as we just happened to be there during a bit of a heat spell. Everyone seriously loved this place. My brother-in-law said he wanted to move in full time and live here, lol. Excellent place!"

"Unser Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung Blumreit war sehr schön. Die Vermieter haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen. Die Wohnung war sehr schön, mit zwei Balkonen und einer gepflegten Einrichtung. Das Haus liegt inmitten wunderschön blühender Wiesen etwas abseits von Marktschellenberg. Man kann den Weg dorthin zu Fuß zurücklegen, man braucht dafür etwa eine halbe Stunde, wen man nicht laufen mag, fährt man mit dem Auto in fünf Minuten. Berchtesgaden, Salzburg usw. sind zwischen 10 und 15 Kilometer...

"Perfectly located and exactly what we needed. We could easily walk to all the most interesting parts of the city, on both sides of the river, and easily accessed walking paths with beautiful views. Grocery store just downstairs for supplies. Everything very convenient and comfortable."

"Ruhig gelegen trotzdem Zentral, Supermarkt mit dem Auto nur 2 min. entfernt. Bushaltestelle ist etwas entfernt. ca. 10 min. zu Fuß. Wir waren bei heißen 33 Grad da und hatten das Dachzimmer, im Sommer nicht zu empfehlen da keine Klimaanlage vorhanden ist und die #Wärme sehr lange Nachts braucht bis sie drraußen ist. Aber ansonsten sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht."

"From the moment we arrived, we fell in love with the property. In fact, we could not have picked a more perfect location. The house had everything we needed, which made our six-day stay truly memorable. The facilities were excellent, the view from the balcony truly stunning. Even the bad weather for the first couple of days couldn't spoil things, as the view of the mountains across the lake was something Caspar David Friedrich could have drawn inspiration from! The rooms were spotless and...
