Très déçu de cet établissement 3 étoiles…nous sommes arrivés à 4 2 adultes et 2 enfants pour 2 nuits. Le linge de lit posé sur les lits, donc lit à faire. Matelas de mauvaise qualité de même que les oreillers. Pas de savon dans la salle de bain avec une arrivée un jour férié…j’ai demandé à la réception qui m’a dit au départ, on en à pas et j’ai finalement eu un misérable petit savon pour 4. La propreté moyenne quand on tire le lit gigogne pour les enfants, les toiles d’araignées viennent avec. Et le balcon et les chaises en ont aussi…passez donc votre chemin et allez plutôt à l’odalys de Colmar rien à voir. Le seul avantage de cet établissement est son emplacement…

parfait pour une ou deux nuits

Residence tres bien situee, bien entretenue et proche de tout. L’appartement etait bien pour une ou deux nuits nous n’y serions pas restés une semaine. Les lits sont beaucouo trop petits en longueur ( je mesure 1,67m et sur le ventre mes pieds depassaient), la residence en été est assez sonore car les gens sont sur le balcon tard et avec la fenetre de la chambre ouverte on a du mal a s’endormir. ( les gens parlaient normalement dans excès). Ou sinon je recommande certainement pour une ou deux nuits

Vi kiggede efter et ophold med udsigt og Odalys fremstod da også som et sådan, ifølge billederne ... Havde vi fået et med altan, havde oplevelsen nok også været bedre, imidlertid fik vi en lejlighed i stueplan. I alle lejligheder i stueplan, er der udsigt til en 2m høj hæk! Selve lejligheden minder om et vandrehjem fra 70erne ... Hvad angår renlighed, var det første vi mødte, en aldeles udtjent grydesvamp på køkkenbordet, spindelvæv på lampen og støv i vindueskarmen ( med tanke på disse Corona tider .... Hmmm ) Vi fik overrakt en masse info ved ankomst, alt var på fransk, selve betjeningen foregik også på meget gebrokkent engelsk. Alt i alt må vi nok konstatere, at vores oplevelse ikke står mål med billeder, samt stjerner i anmeldelsen ‼️

Mauvaise expérience, dommage, le site est pas mal.

Les matelas ne sont pas bons. un bout de mousse sur un sommier qui ressemble à une planche. des oreillers beaucoup trop durs. une baignoire vraiment petit : pas large et plutôt courte, pourtant je ne suis pas grande. Il faut savoir avant de réserver que les horaires de la piscine sont pas terribles : le samedi elle est ouverte de 17 à 19h !!! On a choisi cette résidence pour sa piscine, son sauna et sa salle de sport.... on n'y a eu que peu d'accès du coup. La prochaine fois, on ira dans un gîte, une chambre d'hôte ou un air bnb !! Trop déçus qu'il n'y ait jamais toutes les prestations prévues à la résa. c'est pas la première fois que cela nous arrive. Pas de wifi non plus, car suite à un changement d'opérateur, cela ne fonctionnait pas. Ce serait bon de le savoir lors de la résa également. De plus, de mariage à 16h30, on s'est éclipsé pour venir se baigner rapidement et en arrivant, un décret du préfet avait été apposé sur la porte de la piscine nous informant que l'accès était impossible à cause de l'épidémie de coronavirus. Nous aurions aimé que la direction mettent des affiches sur le sportes d'entrée et de sortie du batiment, que l'on en soit informé avant de nous retrouver le bec dans l'eau.

Extremely much value for money! And the kids loved the pool. The recpetion had limited opening hours but since that was well described in advance, that generated no problems at all. Only a couple of minutes walk to Bergheim centre.

Passing through Bergamo

We were just looking for a place to stop for one night, as we were passing through north Italy on our way to Croatia. There had been a problem with charging the card, and the booking was cancelled in their end. Anyway, the gave us two rooms for the price of one (we were a family of five travelling together), and were friendly and helpful. The hotel offers no designated parking space, so you must fin a public parking spot nearby. Can be tricky in daytime - Italians fight like cat and dogs over parking spaces :) But we got a good night sleep in an air conditioned room with kitchen and bathroom.

En aucun cas une prestation hotelière !

A notre arrivée, nous avons été accueilli par du personnel peu aimable et qui n'a pas compris ce qu'est une prestation hôtelière. On nous a demandé une caution de 300 €; on nous a imposé un état des lieux à la sortie (!) et à un horaire qui de plus ne nous convenait pas du tout; et nous avons même dû réclamer du papier toilette... On nous a donné une chambre pour personnes à mobilité réduite, donc peu adaptée pour des valides (hauteur des plans de travail...), en nous disant que de toute façon il n'y avait plus que ça. La chambre s'est de plus révélée sombre, proche de la route... La propreté laissait un peu à désirer, surtout la poussière (dans les coins). L'ambiance en générale n'est pas du tout conviviale : code à l'entrée (plutôt normal), code à la piscine et horaires restreints, même la télé est contingentée (il faut l'activer pour le temps du séjour). Le wifi est payant. Bref, on se croit revenu plusieurs années en arrière... En conclusion : à éviter ! Et c'est dommage car le village de Bergheim est très joli, de même que les environs.

joli village mais sans plus !

village agréable, à noter quand même qu'en février tous les commerces et musées sont fermés. On doit attendre mars ou avril pour avoir quelque chose d'ouvert. Un forfait wifi est demandé et le prix de la télé n'est pas inclus dans la location des appartements, c'est très regrettable et limite dissuadant !

Sengetøj, håndklæder, wifi og tv skulle betales ud over opholdet. Både tv og wifi virkede ikke i flere dage.
