"Los encargados de la propiedad me cambiaron de apartamento con pocos días de anticipación a mi llegada. Les expliqué la razón por la cual me debía quedar en la locación original pero no les importó, ya que sobrevendieron ese espacio. Me mandaron a un lugar 20 km de distancia de donde iba a realizar mis actividades. Es una completa decepción, espero que a nadie más le hagan lo mismo ya que arruinaron mi estancia en Andorra. Una vergüenza!!"

"Overall the apartment was perfect for our group. A mix of ages with friends and family. So much space and our 7yr olds were delighted they could play indoor football (with a soft ball!). A couple of things that could be improved to bring the standard up a little. We had just 6 tiny wine glasses. They didn’t leave any tea towels or hand soap for the loos. "I stayed alone so I booked the smallest room and it was still a decent size with 2 beds, a nice TV, a balcony you can walk out onto, good WIFI (I was able to watch live stream videos), and a good washroom that gives you hot water immediately. I also enjoyed the complimentary bottle of water that comes in the room. The buffet style breakfast was great! They have everything you can think of for a breakfast and it totally satisfies your needs. They were accommodating with my bicycle too. They have storage rooms to put it in or you can bring it to your room which is what I did. I'm booking this hotel again if I'm ever back in Andorra! Thanks for the pleasant experience 🙂"
