"Gaining entry was a nightmare. It was impossible to enter without filling in an online form for both of us and the form wouldn’t accept our passport and other details. When we spoke to the owner he was helpful but it was a terrible and stressful start to our stay. The lift didn’t work so we had to carry our bags upstairs. "Room was clean and spacious. Staff was very nice and pleasant! Owner Alessandro was very hands-on and helpful with everything and anything we needed! Dinner on site was the best meal we had in San Gimignano the entire time we were there! Would definitely go back!"
