"Honestly, the quality of the rooms is on a whole other level. The staff was wonderful. The restaurant, well simply amazing.
It’s only con (which may be a pro to some people) is that you are literally on Dam Square. So it’s busy, very busy.
Other than that, no notes! "

"River view from 9th floor was fantastic and made our stay. Room a bit smaller than ideal but bed large and very comfy. Decor slightly faded but ok. Room was also very quiet and this is especially impressive as we were directly above the station."
"Mulham at the front desk was very nice and accommodating. He was able to get us a room with a view of the canal which was very considerate of him. The room was really lovely. Overall, we had a lovely stay. "
"The hotel is located in a perfect spot that is quite but also close to lots of restaurants and the central station. The staff were super friendly and helpful and the room and beds were nice, renovated and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again. "
"Lovely hotel, nice rooms, great staff. They have a social hour at 4pm everyday in the cafe with beer and wine. Breakfast was excellent and they have a bar that does great cocktails."
"Our flight was cancelled so we booked this last minute. We had already spent 6 nights in another hotel. It was like night and day. If only we had booked Tourist Inn for the whole stay, what a difference it would have made. From the moment you walk through the doors you know it’s going to be good. The staff are friendly and helpful. Everywhere is clean and comfortable. Best nights sleep we have had for a week. Buffet breakfast you pay extra but well worth it. Thank you to the staff for being so nice and welcoming!!"
