"I arrived in Berlin around 9am, and couldn’t check in for another six hours. I was very pleased to find out they could hold my luggage for me while I spent some time touring Berlin. Everyone was very helpful and kind, and it was much appreciated by someone traveling alone and in Europe for the first time. I could not have asked for a better welcome."
