Terrible old room and bed. The tv is small sized than my laptop. Not A/C .I will not recommend for tourist. There is a train/metro construction next to the building and its noisy starting at 4 a.m. summer sunrise in Tegel. Mean manager

Very bad stay

I had a disappointing stay at this hotel. First, the lift was out of order for two days, which was extremely inconvenient, especially since I was staying on the 4th floor. Despite raising the issue, nothing was done to resolve it, and at check-out, no one even asked how my stay was. Very poor customer service. The real issue came with a housekeeping staff member. Around 10:00 am, as I was opening my door, she approached me and asked if I wanted my room serviced. I politely requested that she return later as I needed time to get ready. She responded very disrespectfully, chewing gum, and said in German (which I understood) that it had to be done now or not at all. I only needed new towels, so I went inside to gather the used ones. Without asking for permission, she entered my room, emptied the bin, and handed me two new towels while I gave her mine. To make matters worse, one of the towels had hair all over it, which is both unhygienic and unacceptable. I left my room around 10:30 am, so there was still plenty of time for housekeeping to return later, but her insistence on cleaning at that moment, paired with her rude attitude, was completely unnecessary. Additionally, my room was located in a very noisy area, making it hard to rest. There was also no hairdryer, which I found strange for a hotel. I won't be returning or recommending this hotel to anyone.

70-er Jahre-Charme, alles ein bisschen angestaubt und in die Jahre gekommen, Einzelzimmer sehr verwinkelt und umständlich nutzbar, kein Wohlfühlcharakter. Ingesamt aber ok und sauber. Freundliche Bedienung, gutes Frühstück. Gute, kurze Anbindung an Bus & Bahn

Sehr laut, selbst wenn die Fenster geschlossen sind. Da es an einer großen Kreuzung liegt, sollte man lieber ein Zimmer nach hinten raus buchen. Ansonsten ist und war alles okay, kleines Frühstück, was völlig ausreichend ist. Für eine Tasse Kaffee oder Kakao muss man leider viel zahlen, das ist weniger schön. Ansonsten ist das Hotel okay, wenn man für ein paar Tage eine Unterkunft benötigt. Zimmer werden täglich gereinigt, war immer alles perfekt. Personal ist freundlich

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Auch die Lage des Hotels ist gut. Direkt in der Nähe befindet sich ein Bahnhof. Ich würde das Hotel als eher praktisch beschreiben. Aber das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist top.

Unbedingt Ohrstöpsel mitnehmen ! Es ist sehr laut von der großen Straße , die Fenster isolieren nicht genug. Top dagegen die Sauberkeit des Hotels und das freundliche Personal. Nur für eine Nacht zu empfehlen.

Ein nettes kleines Hotel, etwas älter aber mit Charme. Das Personal ist sehr freundlichem, die Zimmer sind gut geschnitten, renoviert und verfügen über genügend Stauraum. Schön wäre noch ein Handlauf zum sicheren Ausstieg aus der Duschwanne. Wir werden hier gerne wieder buchen.

Ordentlich, aber in die Jahre gekommen

Das Hotel liegt zwischen einer viel befahren Straße und der U Bahn.Sehr freundliches Personal und wirklich gutes Frühstück.Die Zimmer sind sauber aber schön sehr alt und schlicht.Der Minifernsehen ist der einzige"Luxus".Kleine Dusche und sehr weiche Matratzen.Wir hatten erst ein Zimmer in dem die Matratze auch noch durchgelegen war.Auf Nachfrage hat man uns ein anderes Zimmer bekommen.
