The staff were extremely helpful and the room was much bigger than expected. However there was a building site right next to the hotel and this meant our nights sleep was disrupted. Also there were no tea and coffee making facilities in the room and no mini fridge.

Room was big and empty, nothing like what is on the pictures. Be careful, there is absolutely no A/C in all of the rooms in this hotel. There was construction next door so very noisy and impossible to have a late morning sleep. Also, the cleaning staff kept on knocking at 8:30 AM for room cleaning. The bathroom was up-to-date with a nice big bathtub and clean tiles.

Super Lage, wir wollten zum Start des Rave am Kudamm und das Hotel war um die Ecke. Bei der Sauberkeit kann man auf jeden Fall noch mehr erwarten, aber wir waren insgesamt zufrieden.

Tänne ei enää!

Suurimmat pettymykset tuottivat vieereisen tontin meluisa rakennustyömaa, myös liikennöity katu vieressä oli meluisa. Parveke oli pieni ja likainen, ei voinut käyttää ja se antoikin melukadulle päin. Kolmas pettymys oli kylpyhuone, jossa oli amme, niin että seniorille oli hyvin vaikea ja vaarallista mennä suihkuun, ei kumimattoakaan. Aiemmin olimme yöpyneet usein Meinekestrassen Mark hotellissa ja ollet hyvin tyytyväisiä.

Also so ein respektloses und unfreundliches Personal habe ich in mein ganzen Leben noch nie erleben dürfen. Die junge Dame mit kurzen roten Haaren am Empfang war extrem unfreundlich und zudem auch wirklich respektlos. Ich durfte nicht ein checken und wurde dem Hotel verwiesen eine Nummer wollte sie mir nicht aushändigen wo ich anrufen konnte. Was der Grund war ? Ich wollte ein zweites Zimmer dazu buchen da wir 2 Person mehr geworden sind spontan. NIEWIEDER würde ich nur daran denken nochmals ein Zimmer in diesem Hotel zubuchen bin wirklich sehr enttäuscht. Überhaupt nicht empfehlenswert!!!!

The room was fine but services were not. Near the hotel there are 2 buildings which are under construction and make a lot noises. You cannot open window or seat in balcony due that.

Kein Hotel zum empfehlen

Dadurch dass die Baustelle direkt nebenan und Gegenüber war, war um 7 die Nacht zu Ende. In der Beschreibung stand das die Zimmer Isoliert sind, aber es hat keinen Unterschied gemacht, ob das Fenster offen oder geschlossen war, der Lärmpegel war derselbe.Das Zimmer war dreckig, da waren die Ecken für die Reinigung rund. Der Boden war bei unserer Ankunft nicht gewischt, obwohl die Flecken sichtbar waren! Hinter der Toilette eine dicke Staubschicht, nach dem Duschen war das Badezimmer überflutet, weil der Trennschutz zu kurz war und unten das Wasser einfach durchlief. Die Reinigungskraft war er penetrant! Alle halbe Stunde an der Tür zu klopfen und rein zu kommen ab 8 Uhr fand ich sehr frech, obwohl Check Out um 12 Uhr war! Erst als ich einen Zettel raushing das Check Out um 12 Uhr ist, kam sie nicht mehr rein. Das Bett war sehr bequem und man konnte darauf gut schlafen. Aber im Großen und ganzen können wir das Hotel nicht empfehlen.

Altes Haus mit Mängeln - mitten in der Stadt

Das Mark Apart Hotel ist gelinde gesagt, heruntergerockt. Die Zimmer sind zwar augenscheinlich renoviert, aber nicht im Detail. Das Haus ist alt, neben an ist eine Baustelle. Gott sei Dank war ich in der Nacht von Samstag auf Sonntag da, wie laut diese Baustelle unter der Woche ist, kann man sich aber vorstellen. Das Haus ist aus den 70igern oder Älter. Die Lage ist zwar sehr gut und zentral, aber das Gebäude hat einige Mängel. Pluspunkt ist das Personal, dass immer sehr bemüht ist, sofort Abhilfe zu leisten, Bravo. Das Frühstück habe ich nicht getestet, sollte man vielleicht mal tun.

Berlin Marathon respite

I visited Mark Apart hotel end of September 2021. The check-in was easy. Had to show passport and vaccination card. The room was in the back of the 3rd floor which was a little disappointing. The hallway was dark and there was an empty vending machine on the floor. I was hoping for a balcony room. The bed was firm and pillow was one huge pillow. The key also controlled the electricity....which meant when you leave the room you take the key out the electricity shuts off. Interesting eco feature. Sucks if you were looking to charge a electronic equipment while you were out. The comforters were comfortable but hot but there wasn't a thermostat or air-conditioning so we were hot most nights. Best part of the stay was breakfast. Definitely a great selection, nice clean dining room...bring your own wash cloths.

No recomendable, descuidado, sucio y mala atención

Mala experiencia desde el primer momento. Teníamos una habitación familiar. Al llegar, vimos que no habían limpiado la habitación después de los últimos clientes: las camas no estaban hechas, había restos de la última cena. Además la habitación era mucho más vieja y mal cuidada que las fotos en la página web de ese tipo de habitación. Bajamos a recepción y el recepcionista nos dijo que no sabía qué había pasado y nos ofreció dos habitaciones en otra planta. Esas habitaciones se parecían más a las fotos de la web. El segundo día descubrimos porqué la habitación original estaba sucia al llegar. Resulta que el servicio de limpieza estaba de vacaciones, con lo cual no había nadie para hacer camas o limpiar nada. Y estamos hablando de mediados de julio!! Total, estuvimos de sábado a viernes, y el primer y único día que alguien pasó a hacer las habitaciones fue el miércoles. Y se limitaron a barrer un poco el suelo y estirar los nórdicos, literalmente. Ni tan sólo pusieron más gel de ducha, que estaba casi vacío. Un día nos encontramos a otros clientes quejándose de lo mismo. Cada vez que nos quejábamos por algo, en recepción no tenían ninguna respuesta adecuada. Pedimos hablar con el director o encargado, y la respuesta fue que no había. Que podíamos escribir un email con nuestra queja. Al final tuvimos que ponernos bordes y exigir a la recepcionista que llamara a quien fuera para darnos una respuesta a nuestras quejas. En 30 años que viajó por el mundo, el peor hotel de 3 *.

Der Aufenthalt hat uns überhaupt nicht gefallen. Das Zimmer war nicht sauber und das eine Bett hat so geknarrt, das man nicht schlagen konnte. Ein versprochener Austausch fand nicht statt. Nie wieder dieses Hotel

Everything was alright

Overall, quite a good stay at the Mark Apart hotel. The room we were given was of a good size and contained what one expected. We were given a room with a bathtub, which was delicious. The beds were unfortunately very hard and the pillows extremely high. We recommend to bring your own pillow, if it’s possible. The duvets are standard hotel quality. the room was fine clean when we arrived, but despite signs about the room having to be cleaned, this did not happen. We parked in the nearby streets, that was cheaper than parking at the hotels parking lot. We didn’t eat at the hotel, because there is several nice places nearby. It would have been nice knowing that the area was strongly characterized by new construction, where there was daily noise from approximately 7am to 4pm.
