Die Wohnung hat eine tolle Lage: dicht an der U-Bahn mit vielen Geschäften und Restaurants in Laufweite. Das Zimmer zum Hinterhof hin ist nachts wundervoll ruhig. Kommunikation mit den Inhabern war super, und sie waren sehr entgegenkommend. Es gibt einen Backofen in der Küche, aber keinen Herd, das war uns vorher nicht klar gewesen. Es gibt eine kleine Kochplatte, aber darauf ein Essen zuzubereiten ist eher schwierig. Dafür gibt es einen Air Fryer! Es gibt zwei Schlafzimmer, jeweils mit einem Doppelbett das aber nicht in Einzelbetten separiert werden kann. Das fanden meine beiden erwachsenen Kinder schwierig. Im Wohnzimmer gibt es eine ausziehbare Couch, die allerdings recht unbequem ist. Die "drei Schlafzimmer" aus der Anzeige sind also etwas übertrieben. Die Duschen sind toll in beiden Bädern. Ein paar Handtuchaufhänger wären hilfreich, als auch eine Abstellmöglichkeit in der Dusche.Insgesamt eine sehr zu empfehlende Wohnung, wenn die oben genannten Einzelheiten nicht so wichtig sind.

Very clean and modern apartment in Berlin. The tram and subway stations were a short walk away and the neighborhood was very calm and quiet. Accessing the apartment was super easy with the app and Matteo was readily available for any questions which came up.

We LOVED our stay here! The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay, is clean, and is in an amazing location - within a 5 minute walk, there are 2 subway stations to get anywhere you want to go, a very well stocked grocery store, and multiple dining and shopping options. The neighborhood is very quiet, residential, and we felt very safe staying here. Recommendation: Visit the Arminiusmarkthalle just around the corner, it's full of little bars and restaurants and an amazing cheese shop, fantastic atmosphere. This was a wonderful location for our visit, and we would definitely stay here again! Thanks Matteo for your help and hospitality! --------------------------------------------------------------- Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt hier LIEB GEFÜLLT! Die Wohnung bietet alles, was man für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt braucht, ist sauber und hat eine fantastische Lage – innerhalb von 5 Gehminuten erreichen Sie zwei U-Bahn-Stationen, von denen Sie überall hinkommen, einen sehr gut sortierten Supermarkt sowie mehrere Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Nachbarschaft ist sehr ruhig und wohnlich, und wir haben uns hier sehr sicher gefühlt. Tipp: Besuchen Sie die Arminiusmarkthalle gleich um die Ecke. Dort gibt es viele kleine Bars und Restaurants und einen tollen Käseladen – eine fantastische Atmosphäre. Das war ein wunderbarer Ort für unseren Besuch, und wir würden definitiv wieder hier übernachten! Danke, Matteo, für deine Hilfe und Gastfreundschaft!

3 days in Berlin

Nicely appointed space. All the appliances appeared to be fairly new and worked well. The furniture was comfortable, as were the beds. There was paid parking available right out front on the street and public transportation was convenient. We found several good restaurants nearby and a grocery store as well.

Excellent Location

There is a tram stop just a few blocks away from the apartment, and we easily got anywhere we wanted to go in the city by starting off on the tram. The apartment was very tastefully decorated and had plenty of amenities such as washing machine tablets. The washer and dryer were a huge help!Just a suggestion-some hooks for towels in the bathroom and a shelf in the shower would have been appreciated.

Alles Bestens!

Wir haben uns in dieser tippi toppo sauberen Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles da, was man so für einen"Kurzaufenthalt" braucht, da schliesse ich mich gerne den Vor- Rezensenten an. Da Matteo im Stau stand, waren wir vor Ihm vor Ort, er konnte uns die Tür über die Nuki App aber schon öffnen, insofern alles prima, wir hatten mit dieser App auch überhaupt keine Probleme. Auch die Umgebung ist sehr schön und ruhig, fern des allgemeinen Trubels, aber mit den Öffentlichen ratzfatz " Mittendrin". Insoweit können wir diese Ferienwohnung uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen. Besten Dank!

Convenient and Comfortable

We were met by our host to gain entry into the spacious and very clean apartment, decorated in a modern, minimalist style. It had all that we needed and is located near the subway (U-ban) and tram line. Several fine restaurants nearby. Quiet neighborhood.

Sehr gute Lage Top Wohnung

Wonderful place to stay in Berlin!

Tim and Matteo are wonderful hosts. The apartment was extremely clean and well kept. It was close to both a tram and U-Bahn stop making travel around the city a breeze. A very happy place indeed

This apartment was great for our 2 weeks in Berlin. It was just a 5-minute to subway or tram lines with very convenient connections to take us anywhere in Berlin. The building and the neighborhood were quiet, the beds were comfortable, and everything in the apartment worked well.

Great stay in a quiet neighborhood

We loved this property! Hosts were easy to communicate with and they made sure we had everything we needed. The apartment was well-appointed, clean, comfortable, and the showers were wonderful! The neighborhood was very quiet, many restaurant options close by, public transit and grocery within easy walking distance.

We loved all the room we had, the grocery nearby and the tram stop was a 7-8 minute walk away. The apartment was exactly how it was photographed and described. I would definitely recommend anyone who wants to stay in Berlin like a Berliner.

Great place to stay in Berlin!

This lovely apartment is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, making it a great place to relax after a day of touring Berlin. Tim, our host, met us at check-in and explained everything to us. He was responsive to our later questions. The location was great with easy access to grocery stores, restaurants, and other shops. Would definitely stay again.

Comfortable Apartment, great location

I stayed in this apartment with a couple from the United States. It was extremely comfortable and well equiped, tastefully decorated and very clean. The beds were very comfortable. Everything we needed was in the apartment. It is very well located with a small grocery shop near by, the U bahn a short walk and a few restaurants within easy distance. I would stay in this flat and location again.

Great location

Lovely modern apartment in a quiet, safe area with supermarket one block away and a great cafe for breakfast on the corner. Two blocks to tram, U Bahn, shops and restaurants. Very clean apart from dirty washing up sponges left for our use and no tea towel. Great power showers. Negative was the communication with the hosts. They gave us a different address to Vbro website, we arrived to find that apartment occupied by another family. Thanks to a friend living nearby who spoke German we were able to access the apartment block and contact the hosts via the owner of the building. The host then came to let us in to the right apartment. Requested 2 extra pillows in advance, assured by host that was no problem but not provided on our arrival. They brought one pillow and a tiny cushion the following day but 4 days later sent a message saying they had taken them away to use in another apartment. When I said that was disappointing they said I should travel with my own extra pillows! Pity that the attitude of the host tainted what was otherwise a great stay in Berlin.

Well Located

Great public transport access in a quiet residential area. Excellent Food Hall nearby and other bars and restaurants. Heads Up... Berlin shops, including most supermarkets close on Sunday. Hosts are excellent communicators. We had a great week.

Great place in Moabit, Berlin!

The place was perfect! Exactly as advertised but much roomier than the pictures depict and the appliances and furniture even better condition. Very close to grocery stores (literally a block away) and tram/U bahn train stations. Great neighborhood with several restaurants very close by! The hosts were very communicative and helpful. We would definitely stay again!
