The friendly front desk staff were always ready for great dining tips - none of their recommendations disappointed 👍. Very clean hotel in a great location to many of Berlins sights (walking distance). Would definitely stay again should we visit Berlin.

Exceptional apartment in great central location. Large rooms in our suite, all with high quality finishings throughout. Surrounded by nice restaurants, shops and some lovely bakeries. Excellent location within easy walking distance to Checkpoint Charlie and parts of the Berlin Wall. Lots of eating and shopping around the hotel. The hotel itself is clean and modern. A 5 star hotel and experience, especially with afternoon mgr- Mr Ati, who is super attentive and helpful

Interesting hotel in Berlin - just north of check point charlie and just south of the shopping district. Brandenburg gate and museum island are easily walkable so you can get to most of the tourist attractions easily. Great place to stay for a first visit to Berlin.

Nice and roomy apartment close enough to walk to all major attractions. Friendly staff & very clean. Minor criticisms are that the air conditioning could’ve been a bit cooler & the pillows on the bed were very flat. Overall great stay.

The staff were wonderful. As soon as we were checking in the Receptionist upgraded us to the Excutive Suite! The room was AMAZING!! There is a very good restaurant attached to the hotel. Great location. Close to the train station and many of the historical places. My only negative remakes are the front office is not open 24 hours. If you need help after hours there is a security office with a guard that is able to help you including giving you another key to your room if you lose yours. Very nice man but spoke little English. Also I was never able to get someone to answer the "wake up call" request line. Staying here made my time in Berlin even better.
