Comfort Suites Hotel and Conference Center

"Staff was very helpful. Room was clean. Breakfast was adequate but not great. Hotel was downtown and close to everything. Room was good but, they put us next to the elevator. A little noisy. But, overall great."

"Front desk staff were friendly and professional. Room was very clean and we were impressed of how well it was laid out and how spacious it was. The sink in the kitchen area along with a small refrigerator and microwave were nice amenities to have during our stay. The small balcony was a surprise, and we did use it to enjoy the pretty weather. The grounds surrounding the hotel were very well maintained with lots of beautiful flowers and plants. We did not take advantage of the breakfast offered, so I can’t comment on that. We had intended to use the pool although time it allow for it. I think a lighter, cheerier atmosphere or paint color surrounding the pool would make it more welcoming. Overall, it was an excellent stay. We would highly recommend this hotel."

"Great place to stay! Comfy bed and pillows and wonderful decor. Very welcoming and relaxing. Parking space was definitely a plus. We will stay here on our next trip!"

"We were in the room toward the front of Berlin Resort. The back rooms had a porch facing the landscaped grounds behind them. Our room was nicely furnished but we’d have preferred the rooms with the porch and rocking chairs if we would’ve known they were available ."

"We did not feel as secure as we do with key entry. The water pressure in the sink was low. The bed was warm and comfortable. The shower and tub were very nice and clean. The fireplace was relaxing. It was quiet. We did not have time to use the hot tub. We had a good trip and would stay here again."
