"Apartment is in a great area, has comfortable beds and was very clean. However there was a water leak in the bathroom which had caused serious damage to the living room floor with loose rotten floor boards. The central hesting seemed to be on a timer which couln't be controlled from the flat and the radiators needed bleeding as even when heating on they would not get properly hot. The apartment was freezing cold in the evenings! We informed the management company but no action was taken.damage...

"Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Schöne helle Räume mit hohen Decken und Diehlenboden. Ausstattung war gut, wobei wir nicht gekocht haben. Ein paar mehr Kaffeelöffel und je ein Lappen für Küche und Bad wären schön gewesen. Die Duschwand ist sicher nur temporär nicht vorhanden und wird bald wieder installiert. Die Lage fanden wir perfekt. Etwas doof ist, dass man die Wohnung durch das Hauptschlafzimmer betreten muss, aber als Familie geht das sicher. Jedenfalls kommen wir gerne wieder."

"The apartment doesn’t feel finished. The TV wasn’t working, there is only one fork. And the kitchen is barely equipped for cooking. The overall finish of the apartment is also sloppy. And there is no view to the outside. And we found the bed not comfortable. The location next to the S-bahn is perfect to explore Berlin. Parking was free for us but from the 30th of October 2023 you have to pay for the street parking."

"The staff assisted all our concerns. Neighbours can be loud but as soon as I escalated it to the staff , it all resolved. The accomodation is very clean ,tidy and spaceous. There was no microwave and that is the only suggestion I can say that the owner should consider to add in for the kitchen/dinning. "
