"The property is little older but well maintained and clean. The beach is absolutely beautiful and the pool is clean and well maintained. There were always pleanty of chairs and privacy. Advantage of traveling in September!"

"Overall its a great place. Unit was amazing.. very clean, bartender Drew was great.. beach pool could use a little tlc like the concrete wall feels unfinished. Would be nice to give regular coffee complimentary as most resorts do instead of charging $7. Restaurant staff could use more training"

"Everyone has been wonderful except for the young lady behind the desk this morning with all the tattoos, Adesa? Unfortunately she isn’t very friendly. When she talks to you she doesn’t look at you and acts like you’re bothering her. I was in the lobby when a gentleman pulled up in a taxi and proceeded to come into the lobby she basically ignored him until I said, welcome young man and then she started asking him if she could help him and that was after a few minutes of him standing there. Very unfortunate she should not be in the position that she’s in. She’s not good with people. We ended up extending our stay for night and had to switch rooms which really isn’t a problem, but we ended up having A Room not as nice and costing us approximately $300 more. That was disappointing. We weren’t able to shower in this room because getting in and out of the shower was to difficult for us. Other than that I love this hotel and the people that are working in it with the exception. A toy with purchasing, but no one has gotten back to us with the information that I’ve requested. Hopefully you’ll see us again.."

"This is our 3rd time back to this hotel and can't say enough about it. Friendly staff, great amenities, very clean rooms and good restaurants. Being in Hamilton is always a plus with access to cabs, bus and ferry to reach other parts of the island."

"Simply beautiful views of the private beach are the main attraction here, so if that’s what you want it’s really the ideal spot. The hosts were exceptional, highly responsive and accommodating. There is lots of space here we could have easily slept another guest beyond our family of 3 and possibly more bc of the lovely daybeds (wonderful comfortable linens are always appreciated too). The pictures don’t do the view justice it’s really special and there is a lovely restaurant and other great beaches within walking distance which was a nice plus since the beach is a bit rough with waves and rocks all over which makes for ideal lounging and taking in the view (lots of chairs provided but we usually had the beach all to ourselves anyway!) but not ideal for swimming with children as we were looking for. Long bay and Jobson’s cove are about a 15 min walk is all and there is another beach with great swimming just 5 minutes north of the property as well so this really didn’t matter at all, there were so many wonderful beaches nearby to explore from this location. We have stayed in several places in Bermuda now and Warwick was a great spot overall we would return to!"

"I guess some ants/bugs is to be expected because you're on the island. I wish I knew more that it was really more of an Inn/motel type. My expectations weren't set right. The continental breakfast i wish could've included more than just mini croissant and mini chocolate croissant and yogurt. But location and service was lovely."

"Our host Natalie was so incredible - she answered questions promptly before we arrived, met us upon arrival, and went above and beyond to make us comfortable. The condo overlooks the ocean, and the beach is secluded and private to the community of condos. It was beautiful!You are close to lots of beaches but will need to take a taxi to the grocery store. We did all of our breakfasts and most lunches from our one grocery trip, thanks to the small but surprisingly well appointed kitchen. There was even a cooler for packing a beach lunch and lots of ice trays for drinks. We are grateful for the hospitality!"
